About Mishra
I am a Guitar tutor with over 6 years of experience teaching college students. My approach is innovative and goal-focused, helping students build technical skills while developing creativity and musical expression.
I use a variety of methods including finger exercises, chord practice, improvisation, and learning popular songs. Music theory is taught in simple, practical ways, so students can apply it immediately. Tools like backing tracks, recordings, and interactive exercises make lessons engaging and effective.
In the past 6 years, I’ve guided students to achieve their goals, whether performing at college events, learning challenging pieces, or composing music. I aim to make every lesson enjoyable, inspiring, and tailored to each student’s needs.

My teaching methodology for guitar focuses on creativity, critical thinking, mentorship, and accountability. I aim to make lessons fun, interactive, and personalised. Students are encouraged to experiment with chords, explore different musical styles, and compose their own pieces, helping them develop both skill and creativity.
As a mentor, I guide students with patience and support, providing constructive feedback and helping them gain confidence. Critical thinking is emphasised by teaching students to analyse songs, apply music theory practically, and overcome challenges independently.
Accountability ensures steady progress. We set goals, monitor achievements, and celebrate milestones. Lessons combine exercises, practice, and creative tasks to maintain engagement and motivation.
In addition to guitar, I teach music theory, improvisation, and composition. My goal is to nurture confident, creative, and independent musicians who enjoy learning, performing, and expressing themselves through music.
