About Camilla
I am a current PhD history student at Durham University (although I am living in Bristol). I achieved a First in my Undergraduate Degree at York and a Distinction in my MA at the University of Bristol. My own research focus is on Tudor England and the Queenship of Mary Tudor. I am a friendly and supportive teacher and hope to help train the next generation of historians.
I have experience tutoring students from aged 11-18, all of which were able to achieve their desired grades. Additionally, I have experience teaching Undergraduate History students to improve their essay writing skills to increase their marks. References are available upon request.

My teaching method enables my students to understand exactly where they are excelling and where they are missing out on greater marks. I tailor my sessions to the student's individual needs and learning interests to create clear lesson plans that help them achieve their goals. Crucially, I create a supportive learning environment to help my students gain confidence in their own ability and skill.
