About Jil
As a native Portuguese speaker, I hold degrees in Portuguese Language and Literature, and History. My comprehensive academic foundation includes Latin, linguistics, Brazilian and Portuguese literature, education policy, sign language, literature for children and adolescents, Brazilian history, the history of the Americas, modern and contemporary history, and educational psychology.
My teaching career spans from private tutoring to language school instruction, covering all levels from beginner to advanced, both in-person and online via Skype. I've taught students from the age of two, providing both general Portuguese and business-specific language training.
