About Paul
My expertise in Business and HR as a subject matter expert and researcher ensures the most optimal techniques and rigorous learning is paramount to a student becoming successful. I have been in education for 9 years with experience teaching from elementary to the university level. I have successfully helped students become successful in their chosen career by uncovering passions for topics in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, HR, and more. Students also have learned how to successfully interview for positions by uncovering their values and confidently interviewing. I have a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Development, Master of Science in Human Resource Development and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management with a specialization in Organizational Development and Change from the Soules College of Business at The University of Texas at Tyler. I am currently seeking a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Human Resource Development at Texas A&M University.
