About Tiziano
Professional drummer and music teacher based in Boston, I offer private drum lessons for students of different ages and levels, both in person and online.
I started studying drums in 2009 and, over the years, I have built solid experience through training, live performances, and studio work.
My musical background also includes piano, functional harmony, bass, composition, and ensemble playing, which helps me give students a broader and more practical understanding of music.
I have played in different musical settings and across various styles, including pop, rock, funk, and jazz.
I am currently studying at Berklee College of Music on full scholarship.

Drum lessons are tailored to each student’s needs, goals, and starting level. Alongside technical development, students are also encouraged to build creativity, musicality, and personal expression on the instrument.
Lessons can cover the following areas:
TECHNIQUE AND MOVEMENT
Developing solid control and efficient movement in both hands and feet:
Grip and control of wrists and fingers
Moeller Technique (Down, Full, Up, Tap strokes)
Rudiments such as rolls, diddles, flams, and drags
COORDINATION
Building independence and coordination between all four limbs:
Control of rhythmic groupings in both duple and triple feel
Ostinato-based practice
Grooves and fills
Coordination between drums and pedals
READING
Learning to read music progressively and practically:
Rhythm theory and rhythmic solfège
Counting systems
Notes, rests, and symbols used in drum notation
STYLES
Exploring and understanding different musical styles, including:
Rock
Hip-Hop
Funk
Jazz
Metal
