About VANESA
I have been training flexibility for several years but it was never easy, I am not naturally flexible! But recently, I discovered the Range Of Motion improvement method. I fell in love with that way of work and did (and still do) certifications so I can teach classes and help other people too. Thanks to this way of training, I have achieved remarkable improvements and you can do it too!

The classes are online and last 45 to 50 minutes. They consist of flexibility work combined with strength and balance. Exercises can be carried out using simple elements, such as a wall or door, chairs, bands or similar or with no elements at all.
