I am currently a Drama School student. I changed my life though meditation. My outlook completely transformed. I have learnt so many resourceful things that I want to share with so many others. I focus on mediation and relaxation techniques.

HI! Like I said in my bio, my sessions will be welcome to anyone of any level. I'm really hoping to start a mini community. As sessions will be held at my flat (unless I'm travelling) I will not be able to have a great intake of people (maybe 1-3 people per session). In terms of cancellation, I understand that things come up and sometimes they're unavoidable, that's completely fine. I would just like to say that if you need to cancel, please give me as much time as possible before the session starts, thank you!
