About Katie
I have been acting for as long as I can remember, always looking for ways to put on a performance whether that’s for a school play, a filming project or volunteering at local museums as an actress for the holidays.
In terms of my experience, I have done two years of performing arts in a btec and studied performing arts for HNC (higher national certificate). I am currently attending university studying the same subject except for a higher extent, and I work at a well known theatre as front of house so I have a good look at what the industry is like!

My approach to teaching is very practical. I would like to think I have a great look on what makes a scene look interesting and attention-grabbing, and once I have a vision I like to put that to work straight away.
Don’t get me wrong, no doubt a lot of research will most likely go into this but what better way to learn than to expand your knowledge whilst also putting it into practise!
