About Karen
My M.Arch degree from Trinity College Dublin supports a deep understanding of design documentation and technical standards. AutoCAD requires precision with coordinate systems (UCS) and hatching and fills.
I teach you how to manage importing and exporting DWG and PDF files effectively. Mastering polylines, splines, and editing tools is key to your growth as a drafter.
I introduce arrays and parametric constraints to save you time. Keyboard driven efficient drafting is the standard I set for my students.
We will organize text styles and tables to ensure your drawings look professional. Setting up templates and drawing standards is critical for your success. I balance model space and paper space management so you can produce industry grade work with confidence. It is a pleasure to share these methods with my students.
