I believe Russell is a trustworthy teacher because, he not only leads with compassion, but with transparency, and accountability.
Russell will teach a lesson in a way to allow the listener to go, and get the fish for themselves after learning the lesson, instead of just him teaching you how how to fish, and just giving you a rod to go fish blindly.
