About Audrey
Hello, I'm Audrey Zannese, a certified Sophrologist from Toulouse, France and based in Leeds, UK.
My journey with sophrology began when I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) during my PhD. Suddenly, I found myself overwhelmed by anxiety and fear about my future.
It's when I started the treatment that a neurologist in France recommended sophrology to me. Being French, I knew of sophrology as it's as well known as mindfulness in the UK. But being a scientist by training, I was quite close-minded and sceptical about such mind-body practices. I was more into conventional medicine than holistic therapies.
Yet, I felt so out of control that I decided to give it a try. That decision transformed my life. Sophrology helped me straight away to reduce my stress levels and regulate my internal state. It helped modulate side effects of the treatment and avoid relapses. Within a few weeks of regular practice, I found myself feeling happy and confident in a way I never experienced before.
This practice not only helped me manage my own health challenges but inspired me to help others on their healing journey.
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE helping people struggling with exhaustion, pain, and excessive worry to feel back in control and THRIVE.

I offer sophrology sessions specifically to combat fatigue and pain and to reduce stress and anxiety.
With me, you'll learn practical tools you can use anywhere and anytime to:
- feel calmer and more balanced;
- regain your inner peace;
- improve your sleep and concentration;
- reclaim your energy and vitality;
- reduce and manage pain;
- build lasting confidence and resilience.
My approach is practical and compassionate. I'll meet you where you are at, and build a tailored programme specific to your needs and abilities. No prior knowledge or equipment is required.
Sessions usually last one hour. I deliver sessions online via Zoom in French and in English.
