I've known Ann for 5 years now, and in that time she has tutored 3 of my children. She is kind, patient and easy to talk to. My wife and I can see that she genuinely cares about helping her students do well.

Ann also makes sure to discuss the progress of each of my children with my wife and I, and keeps us updated on how she plans to assist our child in the next lesson.

I really enjoyed my lessons with Ann because she found a way to make it fun. She used movie clips, songs and funny examples to teach me English techniques. She also made sure I understood everything before she moved on.

I also enjoyed learning to write creative stories with her. She taught me how to think creatively and use my imagination. She also taught me how to use English techniques to paint a picture in the mind of the reader, and end my stories with suspense, leaving the reader guessing and wanting to know more.

My assessments impressed my English teacher and the other teachers who marked my assessments. I received the highest marks in English and received an award at the end of the year.

I would not have been able to do it without Ann, and I am very thankful for all that she has taught me.
