About Aayush
Biotechnology graduate with food microbiology as majors. Having 4+ years of experience gained through volunteering, part-time teaching, and internship during Bachelor of Education, I've mentored 400+ students to develop curiosity towards once felt hard and boring subject- the study of microbes.
Since modern generation has limited concentration-period, using animated videos back in 2016 helped me to retain them throughout 45-minute lecture. Not only did they score 25% better than the other sections but are now pursuing degrees and diplomas from renowned universities.
My ambition is to make science interesting, approachable, and accessible to each one so that we can learn mutualism, symbiosis from them and can therefore apply to co-survive among ourselves without holding grudges.

Learning nomenclature and specie-specific characteristics was never simple for me during my post-graduation time in biotechnology. With the core understanding brought to you by the animated micro-organisms, you will not only retain salient features but also will have high confidence while pursuing courses like food technology, microbiology, pharmaceutical microbiology, etc.
For school students, lessons start from the concept of cell leading to the classification of microbes.
For microbiology enthusiasts, families of various microorganisms are studied in detail and comparison is brought by highlighting salient features of genus till the species level. At the end of one family, media used for selective isolation and differentiation will also be discussed in depth.
With the goal of making fascinating microbial world more understanding, I deliver my lessons using animations, cartoons, and posters.
One lesson is divided as:
1. 5 - 7 minutes: Discussing overview and goals of lesson
2. 10 - 15 minutes: Introduction to the topic
3. 25 - 30 minutes: Discussion using tools
4. 5 - 10 minutes: Revision/ Doubts and a short Kahoot quiz
5. 5 - 7 minutes: Going through the quiz and doubts
6. 5 - 7minutes: Follow up and next topic
