About Navin
I hold a Doctorate in Economics. After initial years of academic experience wherein I taught economics, managerial economics, infrastructure finance, operational research etc. to college students, I moved on to perform economics consulting roles across various geographies. I specialise in public finance. I am passionate about teaching and economics is a dear subject to me, not just my profession. I would like to share my passion and learning and real life experience with application of economic theories with my students, so they can get an enriching learning experience and can improve their academic performance.

Economics is a behavioural discipline. It is important to get interested in the subject to be able to grasp the foundational concepts and appreciate the variety of uses to which economics can be put to in day to day life. I break down complex concepts into simple chunks, drawing from every day examples, and help the students join the dots with respect to myriad of theories that economics presents to us and how they influence each other and our lives. I make the subject lively and interesting. Getting good marks is a positive offshoot of our learning experience.
