About Lindsey
I am a doctoral student with a Master's degree in Biotech and a Bachelor's degree in engineering. I took almost every math course that my university offered and enjoy teaching math up through Calculus I and II. I also have a strong background in the Life Sciences and am available to tutor in related subjects as well.

I am an experienced tutor and teacher covering a variety of ages and subjects. I have a "watch, then do" teaching style. I will typically teach by explaining the materials, doing a couple of examples, then helping my students work through some questions/problems on their own until I'm sure they've mastered the material. I can tutor any age group, but prefer tutoring high school and college students. I specialize in Math tutoring but am also very experienced in tutoring History, English, and biology (specifically genetics). I am also an experienced writer with excellent proofreading skills.
