I am a PhD candidate in Nutrition and Dietetics with a strong academic background and research experience in areas such as metabolism, fasting, and obesity. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and helping students understand nutrition in a clear, practical, and meaningful way.

I take a student-centered and practical approach to teaching nutrition and dietetics, focusing on making complex concepts simple, relatable, and applicable to real life. My teaching combines clear explanations, visual aids, and interactive discussions to ensure students not only understand the theory but can also apply it confidently.
I adapt my methodology based on each student’s level and goals. For beginners, I focus on building strong foundations using simple language and everyday examples. For more advanced students, I incorporate research-based discussions, case studies, and critical thinking exercises, especially useful for university-level learning.
A typical lesson lasts between 60 to 90 minutes. Sessions are structured but flexible — starting with a quick review, followed by concept explanation, practice or discussion, and ending with a summary and questions. I also provide guidance on assignments, exam preparation, and study strategies when needed.
I am currently a PhD candidate in Nutrition and Dietetics, with a strong academic background including a Master’s degree and research experience in areas such as metabolism, fasting, and obesity. I also have teaching experience through tutoring and academic support, which allows me to explain concepts clearly and effectively.
My lessons are suitable for school students, university students, and adult learners. Whether you are studying biology, health sciences, or nutrition-related courses, or simply want to improve your understanding of healthy eating, my classes are tailored to meet your needs.
