DR. Troy helped me tremendously in attaining my doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership! A fantastic coach and mentor, who stayed with me the entire way. His style is to be highly engaged and he views challenges as opportunities to grow stundents' capabilities and productivity. I highly recommend his services to students who are looking to complete their dissertation to finish their doctoral journey! Thanks so much Dr. Troy! Very appreciative, Dr. Coy O. Ivey
Dr. Troy is an excellent trainer and tutor. He facilitated a workshop with other panelists on book writing for a conference. He also assisted me in my dissertation journey by guiding me and providing direction as I navigated to the various chapters. Dr. Troy has a very calm and easy to understand delivery.
