About Laurel
I am a former nursing major who decided to pivot into public health. I currently hold a bachelor's and master's in Public Health and I am also pursuing my DrPH and will be finished spring of 2028. When I was in elementary school, I used to spend my summers doing A&P work, thanks to my dad who is a seasoned nurse. This put me in a position to teach and tutor A&P years later. I am very bubbly and enjoy helping others, as I believe that is my purpose. My goal is to help you understand A&P beyond passing a class.

I am very big on creating a space that allows all my students to be free and ask questions so that they can get all the help they need. Depending on where a student is in their A&P course, I like to make personalized practice quizzes after going over course material. I mainly work with college students looking to pursue nursing but have also worked with other majors in the medical/health field.
