Well qualified, I hold a Doctorate in Business Administration in Homeland Security Leadership and Policy along with Certified Protection Professional status. My early professional experience features 20 years with the Buffalo Police Department, with 10 years as a Detective/Investigator.

I consider myself a “security evangelist”, in that it is my practice to espouse the virtues of practicing sound security/criminal justice principles whether the setting is corporate, academic, house of worship, etc. I do this with passion and vigor as I am aware of the seriousness of the times that we live in and being made aware of and practicing these security principles can save lives. I make it clear to those that I teach that the content is serious in nature, but I also strive to deliver the information in a way that is exciting, thought-provoking, and enjoyable.
