About Olena
Hello! I'm Olena, a Doctor of Economics with more than 15 years of university teaching, research, and innovation experience. Throughout my career, I have taught at universities, supervised student research, and worked with entrepreneurs, startups, businesses, and international academic projects across Europe and the United States.
I am passionate about helping people understand complex ideas and transform knowledge into practical skills. Whether you are preparing for an exam, writing a dissertation, developing a startup, or advancing your career, I enjoy seeing students gain confidence and achieve their goals.
My academic background, international experience, and practical work with businesses and innovation projects allow me to connect theory with real-world applications, making learning both engaging and relevant. I believe education should inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and lifelong learning.

Every lesson is tailored to your individual goals, background, and learning pace. I combine academic theory with practical business examples, case studies, and real-world applications to make complex concepts clear and engaging. My teaching focuses on developing critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and confidence rather than memorisation.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes, although longer sessions can be arranged for exam preparation, research projects, or dissertation support.
With over 15 years of university teaching experience and extensive international academic experience, I have taught Economics, Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Macroeconomics, and Research Methods to students from diverse educational and professional backgrounds.
My lessons are suitable for A-Level students, undergraduate and postgraduate students, PhD candidates, professionals, and startup founders. I can help entrepreneurs understand finance, evaluate and validate business ideas, apply design thinking, conduct market research, develop business models, and make informed strategic decisions before launching or growing their ventures.
Lessons are available online worldwide in English, Ukrainian, and Polish.
