About Anne-Cecile
I recently graduate from my PhD studies at University of Fribourg. I have already taught sciences in evening classes to students in difficulty and my students had very good results after following the course of support (all levels up to the baccalaureate in science). I offer help in sciences (Maths, science of life, physics and chemistry). More general help for homework is also possible, I taught in evening classes in dual level classes (CP / CE1 and CM1 / CM2 (French way to classify school)) during evening homowork in primary school.

I think it does not help to memorize a course without understanding it. I approach the sciences with a different angle of approach of the teachers by giving lots of methods to remember and understand the courses, memo-technical means, to know how to really remember, to find out how our memory works best ( visual, listening, writting....). I have never been a very good student at school, just in the normal and now I'm graduate from a PhD in chemistry.
Many are discouraged by the studies because they think they are dumies, I think that it is just the way of learning that it may not be the right one. Once motivated and that we see that we understand a little eventually it becomes more pleasant to work something that we do not really like.
