About Andrej
Hi, I’m Andrej. I work as a Junior Security Operations Engineer and I come from a Computer Science background, with a strong interest in Linux, backend systems, containers, and security.
One thing I’ve noticed is that a lot of people hear about Docker all the time, but when they actually try to learn it, it can feel confusing very quickly. A lot of tutorials jump into commands without properly explaining what’s really happening, and that’s where many beginners get stuck.
I enjoy helping people understand Docker in a way that actually makes sense. My goal is not just to show you commands, but to help you build a clear mental picture of how containers work and why they’re useful.

These lessons are for beginners who want to understand Docker in a practical and realistic way, whether for studies, projects, work, or just general technical improvement.
I like to teach Docker by simplifying the concepts first and then connecting them to actual examples. Once you understand the logic behind images, containers, ports, volumes, and Dockerfiles, everything starts to feel much easier.
Depending on your level, we can go through the basics from scratch or focus on the parts that confuse you most. If you’ve ever felt like Docker is “abstract” or like everyone else understands it except you, that’s completely normal — it often just needs to be explained in a clearer way.
The goal of the lessons is to help you feel confident enough to actually use Docker, not just recognize the terminology.
