About Dipali
My Journey: From Stress to Inner Harmony I began my path seeking relief—in a fast-paced life filled with corporate challenges and endless to-dos. My body felt tense, my mind restless. Enter Vipassana, where silent observation taught me to listen deeply to every breath and sensation. I remember that moment of clarity when I truly felt present—and knew I wanted to bring that gift to others. Drawing from that awakening, I trained in Hatha Yoga, weaving mindful asanas that honor the body’s wisdom. I added breathwork to help calm the nervous system, and over time discovered the transformational power of sound healing, the gentle resonance of singing bowls and gongs that ease tension and open space for healing. Today, I help individuals and teams step out of stress and into presence. In every session, we blend silent self-awareness, gentle movement, artful breath, and nourishing sound. My hope is simple: that you, too, find clarity, balance, and the strength that comes from tuning into yourself.
