About Marta
After 8 years working in creative agencies in London and focused on the Digital Marketing branch, I have decided to set up my own agency with my sister. We understand that sometimes the best thing for a company is to manage its own marketing strategy and in those cases a teacher can be much more useful. I believe in transparency and I like to share the knowledge that I acquired in my years as Digital Marketing Director.
I started as an Executive, learning the technical side with different platforms: Google Analytics, Adwords, Search Console, Facebook / Instagram, Twitter, etc. But during the last years I focussed more in Strategy: Objectives and Metrics, Media Planning, Optimization, etc.

I think that my knowledge can be especially useful for:
- SMEs or Startups: businesses that want to have more visibility online, and promote their brand in both organic searches and paid channels, as well as learn to optimize and measure month by month to improve .
- Marketing managers who need more knowledge in a specific area and seek guidance for their professional development.
- Large company: businesses that outsource an agency part or all of their marketing and want to better understand what they are doing and keep better control over their results.
In both cases my methodology would be:
1. Understand your business or what your customers need and the areas where you need to deepen your knowledge.
2. Based on the type of business and objectives, decide the classes that will be necessary and the content to cover in each class. I can be flexible and if necessary make changes afterwards, but this gives security and a format in which both sides are comfortable.
3. In each class I will set clear objectives and learning resources for your use: for example, I will teach you how to do a measurement plan and give you a template to fill in with the events of your website, so we can review it on the next class.
If you are very clear about what you want to learn, for example, to do a display campaign in Google or a new product launch campaign, we can start the conversation around there and I adapt :)
