I am currently a sports nutritionist, working remotely.
I have a college degree in Dietetics and Nutrition.
I want to share my knowledge and help out anyone that needs it.

The lessons can be about clinic nutrition; Diabetes, Hypertension, Malnutrition, etc.
OR; Sports nutrition as: Supplementation, Diet on a game day, Mealprepping for weightloss or Hypertrophy, Hydration guidelines, etc.
I also do private consults to reach your goals and work on specific nutrition issues.
If you are a student that's currently coursing or trying to certificate in Nutrition, you can let me know which are your weak subjects and we can work on that!
If you are just a random person or a trainer that wants to know a little bit more about being healthy or reaching your goals towards sports nutrition or just weightloss we can based our lessons in that too!
