I am a certified sports and exercise nutrition advisor with a clinical weight loss degree, a bachelor of health and movement with a graduate diploma of education. I have the required training to assist you in your goals with up-to-date and science-based knowledge as well as the teaching qualifications to help you understand everything you need to succeed.

Having over 20 years of experience working with people of all ages and abilities, from athletes who want to build muscles and strength, to people struggling with weight gain and helping them not only drop kilos but educating them on how to make the right choices to stay healthy and enjoy an energy-abundant and pain-free lifestyle. The programs I offer cover all areas, hydration, sleep, nutrition, and breathwork to cover all bases of a person's well-being.
