About Esme
I am a committed piano tutor with 10 years of teaching experience and a strong record of guiding more than 300 students from high school, college, and adult levels. I enjoy helping learners grow step by step, making the process simple, enjoyable, and confidence-building. My goal is to help every student understand music in a way that feels natural and meaningful.
My teaching philosophy is based on patience, clear communication, and practical learning. I explain techniques in simple language and use demonstrations so students can follow easily. I believe that when students understand both technique and purpose, they learn faster and enjoy playing more.
I cover essential piano skills such as finger control, scales, chords, rhythm practice, sight-reading, and performance techniques. I also teach basic and intermediate music theory in a way that connects directly to real playing. Many of my students have performed in school shows, small concerts, and online recitals. Some have even composed short melodies using the skills they learned.
My lessons are flexible and adapted to each learner’s goals. Whether someone wants to learn classical music, pop songs, film themes, or improve specific techniques, I guide them with steady support. I aim to create a friendly learning environment where students feel encouraged to explore, practice, and enjoy the beauty of music.

My Piano teaching approach combines communication, adaptation, and real-life learning. I believe every student deserves a method that suits their personal learning style, so I adjust my lessons to match their strengths. Whether a student learns through visuals, listening, or practice, I guide them step by step.
Besides Piano, I teach Music Theory, Ear Training, Sight-Reading, Chord Progressions, Rhythm Training, and Technique Development. These subjects help students understand music deeply and play with confidence. I include real-world examples from different music styles to make lessons practical and engaging.
I encourage questions and conversations so students feel comfortable throughout the learning process. My aim is to help them enjoy learning while building strong musical and technical foundations.
