About Daniuska
Yogi since 2014, practice has become a fundamental part of my life. I started teaching in 2016 for kids and then I started to give personalized lessons and in small groups. I focus mainly on the mind and body connection, and developing a bond between them, building on each individual strengh and working on their weekness.

I like to know the goals of each student to generate a practice dynamic that suits them, we start by selecting the intention for the day and translate it into the Yoga sequences. I practice Hatha and Vinyasa for all levels, since all the postures can be adapted to the comfort of each student, we close the practice with a meditation and giving thanks. With constant practice we will see evolution both in our body and in our mind and that is the main objective.
