About Neha
Hi I’m Neha :)
I’m a recent graduate of Emily Carr University of Art + Design. I have more than 10 years of practicing visual arts in sketching, drawing, painting, design, chinese painting and digital art. I’m an interdisciplinary artist and a UX/UI (digital) designer.
I have grew up in different countries in Asia such as China, Singapore and India. I take my diverse background to better understand my students and communicate with an open-mind.
I have worked as a drawing tutor to IGCSE art students, and for children from ages 6-10 before. I also have experience working with startups and businesses as a UX/UI Designer.
My philosophy is simple: to inspire, develop and share the love for art and design. I have a strong passion for teaching and sharing my love for anything artistic, and would love to be a part of your journey in developing your artistic abilities.

As a design and visual arts tutor, I foster creativity, critical thinking, and necessary technical skills in my students. I also ensure a dynamic learning environment, find their unique interests and encourage them to further develop their creativity!
My teaching methodology involves a combination of demonstrations, discussions, and individualized feedback sessions. I always hope to provide more inspiration through integrating art history and contemporary trends into the lessons.

- Watercolor painting
- Brainstorming ideas for school art projects
- Mix media
- Figma (UI design)
My lessons are suitable for students of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Whether you're pursuing a degree in fine arts or simply looking to explore your creative side, my goal is to help you develop the skills and confidence to express yourself through art and design
