About TUSHAR
I have been a student for a very long time. Before earning the title of a topper, I was somewhere hidden in the classroom. I know how it feels to be overlooked, and I do not want any student of mine to ever feel hidden, neglected, or unattended. I want to give equal attention to the student with a natural mathematical instinct and the one who struggles with mathematics. I believe knowledge is not something I possess; it is something I have gained to share and pass on. My responsibility is to find the simplest, most understandable and memorable way to pass it on—so that students not only understand mathematics, but genuinely enjoy it. I want them to understand concepts the way I once learned to understand them: simply, deeply, and in a way they never forget.

I was not good at mathematics until Class 7, when a teacher introduced me to a unique way of learning. His approach deeply influenced not only how I learned but also how I teach. I would create small groups of three students of similar classes but different ability levels. After explaining concepts strategically with examples, I would give them unique problems to solve together. If someone gets stuck, the group discusses possible approaches, encouraging both cooperation and healthy competition. I would intervene only when necessary. I prefer guided practice over homework, helping students develop teamwork, confidence, and faster problem-solving skills.
The classes are mostly intended for School Children like Standard 10th to 12th , and adults preparing for competitive exams and want a tutor to solve their doubts in a manner easily understandable
