About Koheli
Hello, I am Koheli Banerjee, a private French teacher in New Town, Kolkata. I am DELF qualified in A1 and A2, and I have been teaching French for several years, both online and in person at my home. I teach school students from UKG to Class 10, and adults who are starting French from scratch or preparing for the DELF A1 and A2 examinations. My groups stay small, never more than five learners, so everyone gets to speak in every session, and I teach in English, Hindi and French so that complete beginners are never left behind. Classes run online over video, or in person at my home in New Town, Kolkata. Complete beginners start with pronunciation, greetings and everyday sentences, so nothing is assumed. School students from UKG to Class 10 get help with their school syllabus, grammar, vocabulary, reading and exam preparation. Adults preparing for DELF A1 or A2 work through all four skills, listening, reading, writing and speaking, with practice papers and mock speaking sessions. Lessons are one to one or in a small group of never more than five, so there is time for everyone to speak in every session. Notes and practice sheets are shared after each class. The first class is free and there is no obligation to continue afterwards.
