About Lyndsay
In the first session, we will discuss the path forward what you’d like to focus on whether it be physical, verbal art, martial arts, etc. we will come up with a plan to stabilize your communication strategies to ensure the routes that you are practicing daily are strong and represent the person that you are and want to be not a reactive, unfiltered, being that so many people have been taught to be and that the world at large won’t tolerate eventually.

Creativity is a beautiful release of emotional energy that your body and mind harbor unless addressed, felt, and released in some way. Creativity can be art, or chakra clearing through yelling, shadow boxing, making word salads with visual accoutrements, or musically by way of song or dance.
What I mean is that anything can be a form of communication if you allow for it to be presented as such; either with yourself, the universe, your peers, your family, animals, and everything else. It’s about pause, delivery, tone, body language, and intention. Also important to note that just because you intend for something to be received well, it doesn’t mean it will land that way or be experienced that way by your receiver. It’s important to have transition queues and follow up communication, questions, or approaches if that ends up happening.
We are all we have, but that begins with you.
