About Sandra
I'm a passionate and dedicated Yoga Teacher RYT500, certified in Breath-based Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Pranayama (Breath-work) and Meditation.
My moto is "Find Balance - Embrace Stillness" - I offer a holistic approach to yoga, with emphasisis on essential postures, mindful breathing techniques, and the importance of self-compassion. My classes provide a supportive and uplifting environment where students of all levels are encouraged to listen to their bodies, release expectations, and practice with intention.
I aim to empower students to cultivate mindfulness, strength, and balance both on and off the mat. Whether you're rediscovering yoga or starting your journey, I offer group classes and personalised sessions to suit all levels.

My classes are suitable for beginners and indeed all levels. With a gentle & be kind to yourself approach, the focus is on moving with breath, rather than attaining the perfect pose. The goal is finding your own balance and peace within.
