About Malaya
Hello! My name is Malaya, and I am a Virginia Tech Honors College student specializing in online and face-to-face K-12 English, reading, driving, grammar, and writing tutoring.
What sets me apart is my extensive experience working with children who have ADHD, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD), and IEPs. I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I bring patience and tailored, engaging techniques to every session, helping neurodivergent learners and core academic students turn frustrating study blocks into rewarding breakthroughs. Whether your child needs to build foundational reading habits or master complex writing skills, I provide a safe, encouraging environment where they can truly thrive!
