My Methodology & What Makes Me Unique
I believe that no one is "bad at computers"—they just haven’t had the right person explain things in plain English yet! My unique approach is a "Jargon-Free Zone." I strip away the technical babble and use everyday analogies to explain how things work. I focus on hands-on, task-based learning; we won’t just talk about "file management," we will actually organize your photos together so you can find them instantly.

What to Expect From a Typical Lesson
Every lesson is designed to be low-stress and interactive. We usually start with a quick review of what we learned last time to build your confidence. Then, we tackle a specific "Goal of the Day"—like mastering an email attachment or creating a spreadsheet. You can expect plenty of screen-sharing, where I guide your mouse movements in real-time, and I always provide a simple "cheat sheet" summary after our session so you don't have to worry about forgetting what we covered.

My lessons are specifically designed for absolute beginners, seniors, and career-changers who feel "left behind" by technology.
