About Vaishnavi
As a university student currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL), I am trained in modern language teaching methods and educational practices. My academic background has provided me with a strong foundation in grammar, linguistics, lesson planning, and effective communication, allowing me to guide students in a clear, structured, and professional manner.
I take pride in being patient, well-prepared, and committed to helping every student improve at their own pace. I ensure that each lesson is organized, purposeful, and tailored to the student’s learning needs. Whether a student is struggling with grammar, writing essays, or building confidence in speaking, I provide step-by-step guidance and constructive feedback to support steady progress.
My goal is not only to help students achieve better academic results but also to develop their confidence and independence in using English. I maintain a respectful and encouraging learning environment so that students feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating during lessons.
As a future educator, I understand the importance of professionalism, punctuality, and clear communication with both students and parents. I am dedicated to delivering high-quality lessons and continuously improving my teaching skills through my TESL training and practical teaching experience.

My teaching approach is student-centred, meaning I adapt my methods based on each student’s learning style, strengths, and weaknesses. I use clear explanations, step-by-step guidance, and regular feedback to help students build confidence and improve steadily. I also incorporate past-year exam questions, structured exercises, and engaging materials to ensure lessons are both effective and enjoyable.
Each lesson typically lasts 60 to 90 minutes, depending on the student’s needs and concentration level. This duration allows enough time for explanation, practice, and revision without overwhelming the student.
I have experience helping classmates and younger students improve their English, especially in areas such as essay writing, grammar correction, and speaking confidence. My TESL training also includes exposure to teaching methodologies, lesson planning, and language assessment, which I apply in every class.
My lessons are suitable for primary and secondary school students, including those preparing for major examinations such as PT3 and SPM, as well as learners who simply want to improve their overall English proficiency and confidence in communication.
