About Joanne
As a current Maths and Further Maths student, I understand the GCSE syllabus and the challenges students face, allowing me to provide relatable and supportive guidance. Having achieved a Grade 8 in both Maths and Further Maths, and being just 1 mark away from a Grade 9 in Maths, I aim to help students build confidence and reach their goals. My lessons are suitable for students of different abilities.

I am a sixth former studying Maths, Further Maths and Economics, offering GCSE Maths and Further Maths support for students who want to improve confidence and exam performance.
My lessons are focused on breaking down difficult topics into simple steps and helping students fully understand concepts rather than memorising methods. Lessons include worked examples, practice questions and exam style problems to build confidence and improve confidence. The lessons are typically 60 minutes and can be adapted depending on the students' goals.
