About Sydney
I am a hardworking individual who is looking for the exciting opportunity to tutor local elementary and middle school students. Throughout my academic career so far, I have received honours with consistency, numerous academic awards, and I am an active community volunteer. I've also participated in school clubs such as Model UN, Interact (Rotary), and Leadership. Lastly, I am conversational in French after my recent participation in a 3-month exchange to Quebec.

Hello! My name is Sydney, and I am an eager and dedicated high school student committed to helping students in grades K-8 with their Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, or Social Studies coursework. I am an honours student who also enjoys volunteering with kids in our local Lethbridge community.
As your/your child's tutor, I can help to review and reteach fundamental concepts for students who may be either struggling or looking to fast track their studies. I will work with you to create a personal plan for each student, and I will encourage positive study habits throughout each lesson. Personally, I find that hands-on demonstrations can often make a difficult concept easier to understand, so I build and use whatever will help your child! I will also recommend the sites/videos that I find helpful for extra practice post-lesson.
Most importantly, I will sit, spend time and work with your child to ensure that they receive the best possible tutoring and early education experience possible.
