For over a decade, I’ve been helping people get stronger, move better, and feel more confident—in body and mind. Whether you’re new to fitness or getting back into it, I’ll meet you where you are. Together, we’ll set clear goals and build a personalised plan that fits your life. I specialise in functional fitness—training that improves the way you move and feel every day. I’ll teach you how to exercise safely and effectively, while also offering nutrition support to help you reach your goals and stay there. We’ll meet for scheduled sessions where I’ll guide you through workouts tailored to your goals, fitness level, and lifestyle. I’ll make sure you’re moving safely and effectively, while helping you build strength, confidence, and momentum each session. You’ll get expert instruction, real-time feedback on form, and the accountability you need to stay consistent and make progress. All you need is the commitment to show up and give your best — I’ll take care of the rest.
