About Fathima
I am an MCA graduate and a Data Scientist with over two years of experience in Data Analytics and Machine Learning. Throughout my career, I have worked on solving real-world business problems in the fintech and lending domain using Python, SQL, Power BI, and statistical modeling.
I have built and automated Python-based MIS reporting solutions to improve KPI tracking and monitoring. I have led downstream analysis for marketing campaigns across multiple personal loan lenders, helping optimize campaign intensity and reduce overall marketing costs without impacting conversions. I have also performed conversion analysis using credit bureau data and Portfolio At-Risk (PAR) analysis to support risk assessment and portfolio management.
In addition, I have developed end-to-end Power BI dashboards using star schema models to monitor conversion, collection efficiency, and portfolio performance. Recently, I built a propensity model to predict the next likely product for users after loan rejection, enabling personalized product recommendations and improving customer targeting.
My teaching approach focuses on practical learning through real industry use cases, projects, and interview preparation. I teach Python, SQL, Excel, Power BI, Statistics, and Machine Learning to students, freshers, and working professionals, helping them build the skills needed to become job-ready in Data Analytics and Data Science.
