My approach to tutoring emphasizes understanding and application. I employ various techniques like concept mapping, worked examples, and targeted practice to build a strong foundation and problem-solving abilities. A typical lesson starts with a recap, introduces new material, includes guided and independent practice, and ends with a summary and Q&A.

What sets me apart is my background in computer science, biology, and data science. This allows me to connect complex mathematical and statistical concepts to real-world applications, making them more accessible for students. My experience in research labs and informatics has honed my ability to break down problems and communicate effectively.

I specialize in tutoring introductory statistics, college-level biology, and AP Calculus. If you're seeking a tutor to help you master these challenging subjects, I'm here to support you.
