About Alix
I have gained my experience thanks to courses in Mexico and Spain, I have taught for 6 years, I have kept a constant group of 20 students, until now I looked for a space to share my experience. I have given classes to actors and dancers, whose result is reflected in the scene. I also have experience with children of all ages, and I have observed how the dance awakens creativity in them, helps them to develop motor functions better, in addition to acquiring strength and safety.

Aimed at all people of any age who want to experience and have fun through movement, exercising at the same time. Learning from classical dance to different styles of contemporary dance, gaining flexibility, coordination, muscle tone, spatial intelligence, as well as improvisation and musical rhythm.
