About Pietra
I have been studying Hip Hop since 2013, covering several languages such as House, Popping, Urban Contemporary, Tutting, among others, and studying Jazz Dance and Contemporary Jazz since 2019, both at CBS Dance Factory, in São José dos Campos - SP. In 2021 I started my graduation in Dance, Licentiate and Bachelor's Degree, at Unicamp, in Campinas - SP.

For language-specific classes, such as Hip Hop, the focus is both theoretical and practical teaching, and all classes involve body movement, so that written studies only help in the reverberation of Hip Hop in the student's body, seen which is a culture greater than simple movements. Thus, the student will learn the fundamentals of this dance through sequences, dynamics and improvisations.
For classes without specific language, such as Body Stretching and Improvisation, the student is placed as the primary object of the class, developing your personal luggage and respecting your own limits. The objective is to improve the student's improvisation, in the case of Improvisation, or to improve muscle pain, develop greater flexibility and get to know their own body, in the case of Body Stretching.
