About Anirban
I am a former French teacher of The Future Foundation School (Sri Aurobindo Institute), Kolkata and former Assistant Professor of French in The Amity University Kolkata. I have worked for more than a year with Alliance Française du Bengale where my contract ended this March. I have also worked in the IT companies Accenture and Ericsson as a French translator.

As far as teaching methods are concerned, I make the class very interactive and after teaching a concept, I take small tests on whatever I have covered so that I could gauge how much the student has retained. These 'tests' are not exactly strict and stern exams that the student has to crack, but very friendly, interactive and revision-oriented. I don't believe that the teacher has to be strict so as to instill a love of the subject in the student. If the student is motivated to learn, I am even more motivated and driven to teach him/her this wonderful and globally important language.
