Welcome!
I am a certified yoga instructor who works one-on-one with individuals.
Yoga is a journey towards self; whether you are looking for a little extra movement, connection to your body and breath, or some stress relief, I am here to support you.
Each class is designed with your goals and needs in mind. You are the leader of your journey and I am here to hold present space and encouragement.
I look forward to hearing from you and joining you on your unique journey!
