About Jasmin
I am wellness professional, personal trainer and REBT life coach. I have also studied nutrition for optimum performance, improvement of fascia, movement and posture as well as neuroplasticity.
I have delivered over 9 500 coaching sessions to hundreds of individuals, athletes and wellness professionals internationally during 9 years. In my coaching I approach every aspect of well-being equally.
In addition to helping you find and adopt maintainable healthy habits suitable for you, I will also help you get clarity on your values, goals and where you want to go to. I don't promise quick results; my goal is to give you the tools for lifelong well-being.
