About Anita-praise
I am an Art and Design University Student. I have a degree In Psychology, Sociology and Art and Design. I have previous experience teaching students age 5-16 Fine Art and the basic drawing and painting skills, whilst making it fun.

My teaching method is firstly make the lesson fun. Then I begin by focusing on Skills. Whilst skills are indeed important, I don’t deem realistic drawing & painting skills to be the most important as art isn't like that. Realism as an art form was superceded, first (arguably) by Turner then by the Impressionists. There is a variety of wonderful art forms that have emerged since then that open our eyes to new ways of seeing and thinking. And if we can make art in so many different ways, why would you want to limit my students to one? I teach my students drawing realism is great however, if I choose realist skills as being most important will hinder the progress of many other pupil with their own unique style. My teaching is to explore you own skills, techniques and broaden it; and most importantly to find your unique way of conveying/ making Art.
