I originally met Kaeli a few years ago when we worked together, and we’ve remained close friends ever since. One of the things I’ve always admired most about her is how kind, patient, and caring she is—especially with children.

I know Kaeli through a family connection. As a retired teacher, I’ve talked with Kaeli about a number of ideas and thoughts related to instructional methods and Kaeli just gets it; she’s a natural! She has a knack for getting to the core of pretty much any topic and can keep it as simple—or complex—as might be needed. She is also a great “people person,” as a result of her experience with special needs children; I’ve seen her interact with one student with a great deal of patience and understanding, instantly adapting on the fly to meet her needs.
