Who I Am & Why I Teach
I am a Sports & Exercise Science student with a strong interest in helping people improve their fitness, health, and overall performance through evidence-based methods. My approach is grounded in understanding how the body works, allowing me to provide clear, structured, and effective guidance.
I want to teach because too many people struggle with inconsistent advice and unrealistic expectations. My goal is to simplify fitness and nutrition, and help you build habits that are practical, sustainable, and tailored to you.
