About Alex
Hi, I’m Alex Hardy,
A committed football coach currently playing at step 3 at a very young age.
I have a lot of passion for helping players grow in confidence, ability and understanding of the game.
I take pride in delivering coaching sessions that are well planned, enjoyable and purposeful.
My focus is on developing strong fundamentals such as ball control, passing, movement and decision making, while also helping players understand how to apply these skills in real match situations.
I believe football coaching should be more than just drills.
My sessions are game-based and progressive, allowing players to learn through realistic scenarios while being supported and encouraged throughout.
I aim to create an environment where players feel confident to try new things, make mistakes, and improve week by week.
I’m approachable, patient and motivating, and I make sure every player feels valued and challenged at the right level.
Whether working one to one or in small groups, I adapt sessions to suit age, ability and individual needs, helping players develop at their own pace.
My goal is simple: to help players enjoy football, improve consistently, and build confidence both on and off the pitch.
